Refund And Cancelation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Membership Fees: Given that Rishta Bank allows members to communicate and connect with other members before making a payment, we generally do not issue refunds for membership fees. This policy ensures that members receive value for their investment while also protecting Rishta Bank’s business model.
  • Exceptions: Any exceptions to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and will be at the sole discretion of Rishta Bank’s management. Exceptional cases may include technical issues preventing access to services or duplicate charges.

 

2. Subscription Cancellation

  • Member-Initiated Cancellations: Members may choose to cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made. However, no refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period.
  • Non-Renewal: To avoid future charges, members must cancel their subscriptions before the renewal date. Rishta Bank does not provide refunds for failure to cancel on time.

 

3. Special Services and One-Time Purchases

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Any one-time service or feature purchased, such as profile verification or highlight services, is generally non-refundable once initiated or utilized.
  • Refund Requests: For unused services, members may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase. Approval of these requests is at the discretion of Rishta Bank management.

 

 4. Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Members seeking a refund must submit a request to our customer support team at support@rishtabank.com with relevant transaction details and the reason for the refund request.
  • Processing Time: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

 

 5. Policy on Dissatisfaction

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Dissatisfaction related to matches, responses, or member interactions, as these factors are subjective and can vary by individual.
  • Accounts terminated due to violations of Rishta Bank’s terms of service.

 

6. Amendments to the Policy

Rishta Bank reserves the right to update or modify this policy at its discretion. Notifications for changes will be communicated to members via email or posted on our website.
